Swimwear & Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or opened swimwear. Because there is no definitive way to verify if a swimsuit has been tried on or worn against the skin, all swimwear sales are final unless the product is physically faulty upon arrival.
We highly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before purchasing.

Refunds & Exchanges
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment method.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
